DDOS protection

DDos prtotection based on sort of an weighted IP list so that miners who have mined longer time and "proven" can make more requests. In case ddos happens this list is filtered to bounce ip's not in a safe list. I know this idea is not new and can cause problems but it's anyway better than nothing and makes ddos pretty hard to take servers down.

Even if you have dynamic Ip's miners are usually online 24/7 and if you put your router lease time long enough shouddn't be a problem to miners behind dynamic ip's.
